We started seeing mice running around our kitchen, and immediately jumped on yelp to contact an exterminator. I saw the reviews for City and Suburbs and decided to give them a call. The NEXT DAY (yeah that's right) Joe came by our house. He went through our entire kitchen and pointed out all the entry points. He closed up all holes and laid out new traps and poison. He did an incredibly thorough job, and was kind, polite and funny throughout the entire appointment. It was truly a joy to have him in our house. It's only been a day but so far no signs of mice, and we can finally rest easy. I can not recommend this service more. I hope we're not in need of them again, but if we ever need help they'll be our first call.

Joe was able to fit us in to his busy schedule on the same day as I first contacted him. We had been seeing mice. He found and closed the holes they were coming from including behind the dishwasher (which, I'm sure, was a pain to get to!). Joe was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks - 5 stars :)

Joe, did an amazing job in sealing up the holes to prevent the mouse from entering the home,explained what he was doing, identify how the mice was entering and he was very pleasant. Joe took his time and he did not rush it took two hours.Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would use him again.

We've used City & Suburbs twice for mice. The latest problem was a hole we found under our dishwasher into our crawlspace. That's how they were getting in! We couldn't disconnect and move the dishwasher. Joe came out quickly and he devised a way to seal off the hole from the crawlspace under the kitchen. He's thorough and is a problem solver. He also explains what he's doing. I highly recommend him!

Joe was great. We made an appointment and he texted shortly before he arrived. He was very professional, courteous and personable. We shared funny stories of mouse experiences before he went to work. He pointed out trouble spots that I wasn't even aware of. He was very informative, thorough, honest and responsive to our questions and concerns. Though it's only been 3 days since the treatment, we haven't seen any new evidence of visits from the little critters. I would highly recommend City & Suburbs Pest Control.

Had tiny ants showing up all over the house. Spraying and placing traps myself wasn't working. Joe inspected, sprayed inside and out, and placed bait. He was mindful of my two dogs and let me know how long I needed to keep them away from sprayed areas for it to dry, and placed bait where they wouldn't get it. Joe was very friendly and professional. Significant decrease in ants in just a few days, and within a week the issue is fully resolved.

I live in a high rise condo building, so uninvited guests are not a surprise and getting rid of them is almost mission impossible but not after calling this firm! First, the response was immediate to my call and for scheduling an in person visit. After first visit, no more unwanted critters. Second visit was for a "check up" to stay ahead of the problem. In addition to the amazing response and results, I wanted a company that would provide quarterly visits. Joe has delivered and I could not be more pleased. We had mice. I saw one downstairs and was worried they had overtaken the house and couldnt sleep that night. Oh and I was pregnant and about to deliver in 1 week. We were able to have him come out the next day and he reviewed everything with my husband. He discussed why he was comfortable the mice were contained to the kitchen (ie I could sleep safely that one wasn't going to run over my comforter). He showed us where they were coming from and what poisons to use. He spent over an hour just talking with us about everything and he left us feeling SO comfortable about how to take care of the situation. Really great guy...,it's been 5 mo and there hasn't been as issue. My baby plays on the ground and I don't feel grossed out.

Still amazing!! Joe sent out an assistant about months ago for a mice issue. Since that day we have not seen one mouse. I'm so impressed because his workers are as dedicated as he is.
I've resently used him for one of the apartment buildings I manage. He's son came out, very professional like his dad, and got the job done!

I called Joe to help me with my rodent problem, and he quickly identified their point of entry, blocked it off, and set up poison to stop the problem. He made sure I got to see every step of the way and understand how the rodents enter my home. I added him to my favorites so I can hire him for any future pest control needs!

I have used this business 3 times now, they always respond in a quick fashion and when he comes will explain and spend a lot of time looking around and fixing your issue, mine was mice. Very through , and fixes the issue. Would highly recommend City & Suburbs Peat Control.
